Serve as the primary internal and external representative of the statewide 211 service. Ensure United Way 211 effectively meets the needs of Minnesotans through building strategic partnerships, promoting the service, and engaging community members, working closely with the 211 operations team for strategic program development, and synthesizing and managing 211 data. Greater Twin Cities United Way has a mission to unite changemakers, advocate for social good and develop solutions to address the challenges no one can solve alone through its values of equity, collaboration, agility, and transparency.
