   Hopeprint seeks to unify diverse communities rich in culture and connectedness to prosper in place. Our vision is that this relationship and resulting empowerment will bring about a more welcoming neighborhood, re-envision our neighborhoods for their possibilities, helping us to together impact our world. As President/CEO, I carry out the following roles and responsibilities- Founded community development and human services 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization - Championed the co-creation of a Microneighborhood Revinestment Plan for a 30+ block microneighborhood of Syracuse, NY Northside, which is home to approximately 50+ languages and cultures, and wherein high levels of disinvestment, persistent poverty, lack of ownership, and generational trauma have historically marginalized residents- Convened leaders from various sectors across the city of Syracuse to collaborate with local residents in trauma-informed community engagement, design-thinking, and establishment of a community-driven blueprint for reinvestors that centers justice and equity through hyper-local economic benefit - Coached and co-learned with dozens of emerging leaders in the launch of multiple new not-for-profit organizations and local businesses in multiple U.S. cities- Maximized impact through strategic planning, execution, and leadership- Onboarded and managed a team of 100+ staff, apprentices, interns, and volunteers, leading organizational programs and initiatives- Facilitated group vision and co-learning trips to multiple national and international cities impacted by global migration- Wrote and facilitated training materials, blogs, and other elements for team members and the community at largeAdditionally, as Hopeprint is a neighborhood-based organization, I reside in a Hopeprint Home, located in the heart of the neighborhood itself.
