Led the development and execution of the 2022 USA Snowboard Olympic team uniforms, prioritizing elite performance, durability, and style- Maintain the development and quality of assigned styles by serving as the liaison between the Designer, Merchandiser and Supplier. The Global Snow Developer is responsible for managing all aspects of the product development calendar, execution of the product, and on-time delivery- Monitor and maintain the development communication with Suppliers- Create and maintain style Bill of Materials within the company\'s PLM system- Review and provide design and construction comments (in conjunction with Design)- Monitor fabric, print, and color development approvals (in conjunction with Design)- Provide styling, fit and construction comments during development (in conjunction with Design)- Assist with maintaining the sample production cycle to secure on time sample delivery- Responsible for costing negotiations to meet or exceed margin targets (in conjunction with Merchandising)- Ensure that all product is accurately ready for seasonal integration into the company ERP system- Research and provide information related to market analysis, trending, and competitive landscape- Stay in tune with internal rules & regulations that accompany the production of our product- Took on the role of Licensee Product Merchandiser, which allowed working with brands like Electric eyewear, Nitro Snowboards, and 32 Boots to manage the collaboration product-Travel required for seasonal development with vendors (international and domestic)
