In my practice, I have assisted management-side clients in a broad range of employment and labor law matters. Part of this practice has entailed, but has not been limited to, defending clients against charges of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and overtime violations. Additionally, I have experience consulting with clients on employee classification issues and work-place policies. My goal is to find creative solutions to complex problems in an efficient and forward-thinking manner.
