   Managing 2 farming business units, 2 vineyard managers, 10 full time staff, with up 60 seasonal workers, for 650 acres and 5 wineries, across the Okanagan Valley. Increased safety measures and workplace structure to create a team environment with a higher level of performance and accountability. As a byproduct improved team dynamics and equipment downtime in the process. Created 3 language safety binders to implement SOPs and crew talks for any team member to be trained at any time. Including tri-lingual pre-start inspections. Created protocols for nursery vine grading and planting SOPs that increased uniformity and reduced replant numbers by 2%. Brought in Simonit and Sirch pruning consultants to improve vine structure and plant balance. Oversaw the pull out of over 300 acres of vineyard due to severe winter freeze.
