ABOUT NICOLETTE LEGENDRE
I currently work as an Implementation Director at Standard Life, part of the Phoenix Group. I am responsible for the safe project management of new Workplace Pension Schemes into the Standard Life business. This includes client management, stakeholder management and a strong management of risk. I have 10 years experience working in strategy roles: developing, selling-in and embedding these strategies for internal and external stakeholders, carefully balancing colleague, customer and commercial needs. I enjoy solving complex business problems and collaborating across teams to drive excellent results. I believe personal development is extremely important and have recently represented the Phoenix Group in the United Nations Global Compact SDG Innovation Accelerator Programme, as the programme winners I was invited to New York to present at the UN Global Compact Leaders Summit.
