If we want trainings to actually produce changes on the job, we have to be smart about what type of trainings we are offering our employees! I like to work smarter and not harder. NO MORE sitting passively while counting the minutes until a required training is complete!As an instructional designer, I take the time to analyze our goals and create learning objectives that actually solve the problem. When designing and creating a course, I make every effort to include interactive practice with real-life scenarios. I strive to make a lasting impact on the learner\'s behaviors and performances long after the course is completed. I use my futuristic Clifton strength to visualize where we want the learners to be and carefully plan how to get them there. I believe that effective learning experiences have the potential to empower individuals, enhance performance, and drive organizational success.
