ABOUT NICOLE SPAGNA

If I had to choose a symbol to describe myself professionally, I’d pick the broom, a Mediterranean flower that is both colourful and tenacious. Capable of extending its roots into even the most inhospitable places, the broom is highly resistant and can adapt to extreme adverse weather and environmental conditions. I can identify with the broom plant because my professional growth has often been uphill, and on several occasions I’ve had to take on new challenges. I’ve always considered this as an Opportunity which enabled me to grow and to enrich myself. I have gained experience in several areas including Cooperation, Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Language Services. I’ve always worked in global and multicultural environments and speaking four different languages has proven advantageous, enabling me to interact with all kinds of partners. I’m a determined, reliable, and professional person, who is able to manage tasks and responsibilities independently, even under high-stress conditions. I’m used to working to a deadline and I’m able to face critical issues by responding quickly and thinking proactively. I’m an open-minded and sociable team-player and I enjoy the company of my international partners and colleagues. I always carry out my job with enthusiasm, passion, and commitment and I like working in challenging and dynamic environments and organizations.
