Conducted individual and family therapy sessions 3-5 times per week for adolescents, adults, and families within both the crisis shelter and non-residential counseling programs.Facilitated group therapy sessions focusing on self-esteem, anger management, and emotions and coping for the crisis shelter residents.Facilitated weekly Teen Drop In Group for adolescents in the community.Administered comprehensive intake assessments, including lethality evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, GAD-7, PHQ-9, and C-SSRS screenings.Utilized evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).Assessed and reported suspected child abuse (SCAR) on a regular basis.Developed individualized crisis intervention plans for family reunification.Collaborated within a clinical team, receiving weekly supervision for case feedback and professional development.Assessed needs of clients and families to provide appropriate referrals/resources.Provided relevant information and coordinated with shelter care staff in regards to the client’s treatment goals.Maintained meticulous documentation of progress notes and treatment plans.
