About Nicole S.

I’m a Program Manager for Business Intelligence at Parametric, where I help teams turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. I work closely with analysts, developers, and business leaders to design and support BI systems and processes that make decision-making easier and smarter. A big part of my role is using Tableau, data analysis, and knowledge management to build solutions that actually get used—and make a difference.My love of learning and organizing information comes from my background in European History (BA) and Special Libraries (MLIS). Before moving into BI, I worked as an archivist, librarian, and records manager. Those experiences taught me how to research deeply, manage information responsibly, and make knowledge accessible to others. I bring that same approach into my current work—whether I’m streamlining processes, implementing governance, or sharing what I’ve learned with my team.At the core, I’m passionate about people, problem-solving, and knowledge. I’m always curious, always looking for new tools and approaches, and always eager to help others use data in meaningful ways.
