I lead and manage a dynamic team, including our promo team, ice crew, stage managers, and anthem singers, coordinating their efforts to create seamless and engaging game-day experiences.Key responsibilities include:Show Execution: Assistant show call for all Kraken home games, ensuring all elements of our in-arena show run smoothly and on schedule.Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor 50+ part-time staff members to help deliver exceptional entertainment and promotions.Giveaways Management: Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of game-day giveaways, including bobbleheads and other keepsakes, enhancing fan engagement and satisfaction. Internal Liaison: Act as the key liaison between the game presentation department and corporate partnerships, ensuring all promotional assets and show elements properly align internally and externally. My role requires a blend of strategic planning, team coordination, and creative problem-solving to elevate the fan experience and drive the success of our entertainment initiatives.
