The GSMA produces industry-leading events such as Mobile World Congress, Mobile World Congress Shanghai, Mobile World Congress Americas and the Mobile 360 Series conferences.My role is to Business Partner with the Advocacy Department to recruit globally covering the end to end process across a variety of roles and functions from brief taking, benchmarking, shortlisting, interviewing, through to offer. I also contribute in the implementation of Recruitment and HR related projects including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employer Branding and more. I recruit globally with experience in UK, Europe, Sub Saharan Africa, India, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Singapore, Latin America and US. I business partner with the Advocacy Department, including Mobile for Development which is the Foundation arm of the GSMA focusing on donor funded and international development industry roles.
