About Nicole Samaha
As the director of pharmacy services at Berkley Medical Management Solutions (WR Berkley company,) Fortune 500 company, I manage the workers\' compensation program and the relationship with the pharmacy benefits manager (PBM). I have over 12 years of experience in the pharmacy benefits industry, working with various vendors, clients, and plan sponsors to design and implement cost-effective and patient-centered solutions.I hold a doctor of pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and I have developed a strong expertise in pharmacy benefit management. I am also passionate about improving access and quality of care for patients, especially in underserved communities. That\'s why I launched Concierge Pharmacist, an online service that helps patients navigate the complexities of their medications, and Med Donations, a nonprofit that provides medications to people in need after the Lebanon explosion. I also enjoy yoga, travel, and positive psychology, and I own a yoga studio in downtown Boston.
