   Led a cross functional team that completed a successful Critical Design Review in under a year with a full vehicle redesign 5 months shy of CDR. Supported the Team Leads and developed emails/presentations/processes intended to direct programmatic efforts to hold a successful review. Conducted Scrum of Scrum meetings with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to review cross team/cross program dependencies, and to identify any roadblocks that needed to be addressed. Elevated those items, as needed, to Program leadership and developed customized Jira Dashboards to manage weekly reporting of those issues. Utilized agile practices to pivot team during whole scale redesign effort to make best use of Jira to produce a product list that that can be implemented in the future. Used Jira to track actions and liens from prior reviews to ensure planning and closure of these items were documented. Organized cross functional and cross programmatic strategy for Specification reviews and developed tailored release processes to streamline approvals while maintaining configuration control.
