My passion for people operations and fostering the employee experience can be traced back to my pre-professional days. Whether leading exercises with my high school theater club before we took the stage or as a resident assistant in college, I\'ve been on a people path since the start. The reason? Creating memorable and inclusive experiences for everyone around me is what gets me out of bed in the morning. It\'s my ​purpose. My professional sweet spot for the last 9 years has been hitting the ground running with people teams at early-stage hyper-growth mission-driven start-ups (try saying that 5x fast!).    In my role as a People Operations Partner at Niche, I will be continuously participating in the creation, documentation, and process improvement with a focus on automation within the People Team. ‍Role Responsibilities:+ Develop reports, dashboards, and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders; ensuring compliance by performing quality data audits and analysis.+ Serve as contact for all employees and answer questions regarding HR policies and procedures, both in real-time and through shared People Team inbox(es).+ Assist in the administration of compensation, performance review, and merit-rating programs.+ Work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of tasks within People Ops projects; keep People Team leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.+ Perform assorted human resources duties in areas such as employment, compensation, benefits, data visualization, reporting, and other special projects.+ Research, write, and edit internal communication documents or emails to ensure consistency in messaging throughout the organization-What sets Niche apart: Niche helps you discover the schools, companies, and neighborhoods that are right for you.
