Roles and responsibilities within this position - Coordinate with all Offshore Project Group (OPG) client portfolio\'s to optimize vessel utilization in association with rig-driven scopes of work and first oil deadlines - Optimization of client\'s portfolio of rigid and flexible jumpers, Subsea Flying Leads (SFL), Electrical Flying Leads (EFL), manifolds, spreader beams, Flowline Connection Modules (FCM), Subsea Control Modules (SCM), and other various subsea installation equipment - Conduct quarterly Business Performance Reviews (BPR) with the client and internal upper management- Develop PowerBI dashboards to visualize data analysis for metrics that are currently not tracked- Spearhead Kaizen Team designated to digitize existing manual vessel schedule leveraging Microsoft Power Applications (Power BI)- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships to foster a mutually beneficial partnership between both organizations- Promote client utilization of vessels for Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair (IMR) and Intervention scopes of work through organized Technology Talks and Seminars - Led annual improvement workshop with client to prioritize HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) initiatives - Establish and trend pre- and post-metrology project timelines to ensure operational readiness - Conduct audits to compare contractual agreements with the actual project tasks and timelines- Participate in project kick-off meetings, weekly team meetings, Hazard Identification meetings (HAZID), and lessons learned meetings to confirm best practices (both internal and clients) are incorporated- Lead the execution of the first fully remote operation for a client- Collect and communicate financial data to influence contract negotiations - Define and present mutually agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) both internally and to the client- Establish quarterly knowledge sharing sessions between Offshore Construction Leads (OCL) and Offshore Managers (OM)
