My work requires me to both understand the system (how to get it to do what we want it to do, be it with config or with AI prompts), but also the part that is harder to automate - the human element. Getting people excited about change, making sure we have buy-in and an enterprise solution, rolling it out seamlessly, and measuring those results and improvements.
