I facilitate leadership development programs for organizations that want practical, engaging learning that leaders can actually use on the job. My work blends experimentation, storytelling, and experiential learning to keep people involved, thinking, and talking.For over 13 years, I have partnered with senior leaders, HR, and L&D teams across the public sector, education, and enterprise environments to deliver leadership programs that strengthen communication, collaboration, trust, and confidence across teams.As President of Whiteboard Learning, I experiment with, craft, and continuously evolve leadership learning experiences for leaders at all levels, from new managers to executives. I facilitate workshops, multi session programs, and peer based learning experiences in both virtual and in person settings, pushing the limits of technology and experiential learning to create sessions that are interactive, relatable, and memorable. My facilitation style is engaging, story driven, and often humorous, helping leaders feel comfortable participating and willing to challenge their own thinking. I have facilitated leadership learning for hundreds of leaders across ministries, municipalities, post secondary institutions, and large organizations, and I am known for quickly building trust and getting even hesitant audiences actively involved.Clients work with me when they want a senior facilitator who can create psychological safety while keeping sessions lively, relevant, and grounded in real leadership challenges.
