Manage provider account transfers/updates in Salesforce and the OCE application.• Provide daily and weekly data reports (built in MS SQL Server and MS Visual Studio) to Leadership Team and Sales Team.• Assist Field Sales Manager with trade size product shipments to Physicians located in White Space territories and Sales Representatives; submit monthly sample orders to 3rd party vendor to upload in Salesforce. • Collaborate with 3rd party vendor to implement enhancements to the Salesforce/OCE application; troubleshoot OCE application issues and submit field inquiries for resolution.• Responsible for onboarding process of Sales Representatives in Salesforce.• Manage company Sales Roster for internal processes and distribute to 3rd party vendor.
