As Director of Certification Operations & Engagement at NBHWC, I oversee certification operations for professionals and lead the development, administration, and continuous improvement of the NBHWC Board Exam.As both a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and a Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP), I operate at the intersection of credentialing expertise and association leadership.    I am the Director of Certification Operations & Engagement for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), a nonprofit that is partnered with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) to create a training and education standard, and a National Board Certification for the profession of health & wellness coaching.I work with NBME to oversee all aspects of the NBHWC Board Exam including leading certification committees through all phases of test development, managing the business relationship with NBME, and managing the recertification requirements and process for over board certified health coaches.I work closely with NBHWC\'s team to move the organization forward. I strive to create a community of National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC) to professionalize the field and integrate health and wellness coaches into the healthcare model.
