Lead and coordinate product and game development initiatives across three studios in Austin, Chicago, and Reno, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification. I work collaboratively with Art Directors, the Creative Director, producers, and executive producers to set expectations and optimize timelines, contributing to improved delivery schedules. In my role, I oversee end-to-end product development for signage and merchandising, managing concept-to-completion execution with a focus on cross-functional alignment. I also manage vendor relationships—handling sourcing, cost negotiations, quality assurance, and on-time delivery—resulting in improved efficiency and savings. A key part of my contribution involves visual concepts in partnership with engineering teams, aligning product design with user expectations. I continuously drive process improvements related to both art deliverables and product release cycles while partnering with departments such as engineering, marketing, procurement, production, and QA to ensure cohesive project planning and execution. Through strong leadership, clear communication, and a strategic mindset, I help guide the creative vision while ensuring consistent, high-quality results across all initiatives.
