Develop a curriculum and lesson plans that supports the statewide Social Studies Curriculum Frameworks but is designed to close proficiency gaps, increase student engagement, support social and emotional learning, and promote college/career readiness. Develop and maintain regular communication with student families that includes but is not limited to behavior disruptions, positive progress, and upcoming school-wide events.
