I lead with purpose and I build with people in mind.As Cedars-Sinai’s inaugural Chief Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Officer, I lead four interconnected teams - Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Experience, Work & Life Matters, and NextGen Healthcare Pathways. Together, we’re shaping a workplace where people are seen, supported, and set up to thrive.I’m honored to lead an extraordinary team of practitioners, creatives, and strategists. They’re the heartbeat of this work focused on building programs, holding space, and driving lasting change. We don’t just collaborate….we co-create.Whether we’re advancing mental health and wellbeing, reimagining employee experience, cultivating inclusive leadership, or creating pathways for future healthcare leaders, I focus on designing what I call “systems with soul” structures that drive impact because they center people. Over time, I’ve earned the trust to help shape how we care for our teams not just in response to challenges, but through the culture, practices, and leadership decisions that define who we are.I bring nearly 20 years of experience across diversity & inclusion, belonging, employee engagement, and leadership development guiding culture and shaping systems that center people. My path spans Cedars-Sinai, Kia Motors, Honda, and the President’s Council, and I’ve led across sectors - from boardrooms to community spaces with a focus on impact, clarity, and care.I regularly speak on topics at the intersection of leadership, belonging, wellbeing, and culture helping reimagine how organizations care for their people and grow with purpose.I’m also a working mother, wife, former student-athlete, and grounded by the communities that shaped me. I lead with heart and a bias toward action. My north star is simple: build better systems, elevate more voices, and leave every space better than I found it.
