I hold a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Science and Organization Development from Bastyr University, which enables me to apply evidence-based and systemic approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for the diverse and talented team of experts at the PACCAR North American Technical Center, where we design, manufacture, and test premium trucks and engines for the global market.
