Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events for the Iron Sharpening Iron Executive Leadership Program, including workshops, seminars, and networking events. Manage schedules, resource allocation, and task delegation to meet project timelines and objectives. • Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and guest speakers, coordinating logistics and providing timely updates. • Create marketing and social media content using Canva and Adobe Photoshop to increase program visibility and participant engagement.• Partner with the Seminary’s marketing team to distribute promotional materials and videos for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email newsletters.• Collect and analyze feedback from program participants via online surveys to inform improvements in future offerings and program design.• Prepare and review financial records and expense reports to monitor program costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Research vendors, negotiate pricing, and procure essential supplies, materials, and resources for program events and seminars.
