About Nicole Madison

I’m an user experience design leader with extensive design experience based in Milwaukee, WI. I have been fortunate to work with a diverse set of Fortune 500 organizations over the years, including Johnson Controls, GE Healthcare, MillerCoors, Kimberly-Clark, Manpower and Kohler. I\'ve created designs that span kiosks to software, and many things in between.I started my career in digital agencies as a visual designer, where I became curious about how my designs were used by the end users. This curiosity led me to pursue a career move as a user experience designer. I\'m currently a Senior User Experience Manager leading a global team of UX designers and researchers supporting the digital UX efforts at Johnson Controls for building performance optimization tools.
