NICOLE LYNNE HOOLEY (COLE) MSED, P-LCP, E-RYT 500Over the last decade, Cole has worked to support others in the co-creation of a deeper connection to their bodies, nature, and the environment to encourage holistic well-being on an individual and communal level. Through her offerings, she aims to create a more natural and common-sense approach to promoting mental, emotional, and physical health by integrating nature, holistic practices, and research-based strategies. Her sessions have been called \"an hour of unconditional love.\" In the spring of 2023, she completed her Master’s Degree in School & Mental Health Counseling at the University of Pennsylvania, where she continues to serve as a Liaison for the Project for Mental Health and Optimal Development, where she collaborates with leaders from local school districts to better support staff and students. Cole is an E-RYT 500, RPYT 85, and Continued Education Provider through the Yoga Alliance. She is also a Reiki Master, and the founder of Glowing Heart Ltd, a holistic healing arts project established in 2016. She has been featured in Huffington Post and YogaCityNYC.In her spare time, Cole enjoys backpacking, roller skating, daily yoga, live music events, cooking primarily plant-based meals, spending time with family, and having adventures with friends.Cole’s signature offering is her Eco-therapy sessions where she combines holistic psychotherapy and nature walks in Philadelphia.
