As the Director of Talent Management and Employee Experience, I am entrusted with leading a team that drives the development of ADT\'s enterprise talent management, leadership development, and employee experience strategy. We\'re focused on creating a culture of continuous performance management, growing and developing our leaders, and advancing our employee experience strategy via lifecycle moments & listening to increase employee engagement and achieve ADT\'s strategic objectives- Spearheads ADT\'s Talent Management & Development strategy; including the annual cycle of performance management, organizational talent identification + succession planning, and leadership development offerings- Leads the enterprise employee listening strategy, partnering with stakeholders to gain insights through annual engagement, life-cycle, and pulse surveys- Leads the enterprise leadership development suite including the creation and management of internally created programs such as new leadership & mentoring programs and external vendor offerings- Oversees a team that creates and delivers capability-building materials, learning content, tools, and communications for enterprise talent initiatives- Develops, implements, and analyzes employee engagement and sentiment practices, collaborating with executive leadership and HRBPs on action plans- Oversees talent & performance related aspects of the HRIS (Oracle). Drives strategy and product roadmap by continuously optimizing tools, processes, and procedures to enhance the employee experience- Ensures a cohesive employee experience throughout the life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding, integrating inclusion, diversity, and our EVP.
