I have a genuine heart and passion for advocacy - fighting inequality, driving inclusion, and fueling social change and impact. I’ve been fortunate to leverage my 20+ years of experience in nonprofit leadership to help guide diverse nonprofits in developing and delivering robust services to support their constituencies.As a transparent, high-integrity leader with a master’s degree in nonprofit management, I have experience in directing strategy, operations, board governance, programs, development, fundraising, marketing, and communications. Additionally, I am an entrepreneurial thinker, creative problem solver, and polished communicator with proven strengths in identifying and building strategic partnerships and similar relationships to advance organizational goals.My roots in the nonprofit world run deep and, in addition to Bridge of Hope National, include diverse roles with Girls First, Special Olympics Pennsylvania, The Pathway School, Philadelphia Safe & Sound, Moore College of Art & Design, and The Free Library of Philadelphia.
