Manages staffing and capacity planning for the portfolio of projects. Leads proposal delivery life-cycles including scoping, estimation, staffing, and contract development/negotiation. • Participates in recruitment and hiring activities including interviewing, conducting hiring exercises, and evaluating candidates for internal promotion opportunities within the Agile Program Management discipline. • Chicago Office Co-Lead, leading a team of 25+ team members to lead the office culture initiatives.
