ABOUT NICOLE LACH

As a Workplace Strategist and Product Owner, my career aligns with my personal goal to be a connector. A connector, to me, does 3 things: 1) connects people with their environments - both physical and digital - so they can perform at their best, 2) designs experiences and physical spaces that encourage human connection and innovation, and 3) infuses technology solutions to provide cutting edge workplace strategy services.Who I am, and my passions, have led me to where I am in my professional life. I grew up as a child of a methodical left-brained engineer and an empathetic right-brained marketing executive. I am a combination of both of them, and this hybrid allows me to succeed as a connector.I am an ENTJ, an aspiring candle business owner, an Engineering degree holder and am, sometimes, overly detailed oriented and organized. I have learned the math behind building construction, yet I am also a creative. I love to redesign spaces, and have led my family and friends through space planning. I have an immense appreciation of architecture, and received my 2-year Parsons Design School Architecture and Interior Design certification. Let\'s just say I\'ve built quite a few tree forts with hygge. I do not question how I got to where I am, or the direction I am going. It is not by chance. It is a clear combination of my background, the expertise I have gained, and functionally what I am built to do.
