About Nicole Kozmin
With more than 20 years of experience in the power industry, I specialize in power engineering for environmental retrofit projects, new fossil plants and industrial facilities.I help our clients succeed by providing technical direction and management on projects from concept to final design. My project management experience includes aggressive schedule and budget management. As the primary liaison with the clients and lead resources, I lead my team in design and execution from equipment contracts and complex calculations to construction drawings and construction support to help our clients successfully meet their goals.My experience also includes establishing overall project budgets and schedules for engineering and design, overseeing quality reviews of all technical work, and defining the overall plans for equipment and system selection.
