About Nicole Klein

High-performing teams don’t happen by accident. Strategic learning and intentional development play a key role in how they’re built - and that’s the work I love to do. With 9+ years of experience in education, facilitation, and enablement, I specialize in making information clear and tangible for diverse audiences. My background across museums, academic institutions, correctional education programs, nonprofits, and corporate environments has shaped a consistent approach: learning must extend beyond delivery and translate into lasting capability and retention. At Kaseya, I advanced from Program Manager to Instructional Designer, leading global sales enablement initiatives for more than 1,500 professionals worldwide. I design role-based enablement programs and learning solutions that translate complex products, systems, and AI-driven outputs into clear, usable performance behaviors for sellers and specialists. My work spans standalone eLearning (Articulate Rise), instructor-led and blended programs, scenario-based training, and post-training reinforcement strategies. In partnership with Product, Sales, and Operations leaders, I ensure learning solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned to measurable business outcomes. I’ve also designed on-stage content for major Kaseya company events, including Mid-Year Meetups (2023 and 2024) and Sales Kickoffs (2024–2026). Always happy to connect with others focused on thoughtful learning design.
