In the last four years, I have traveled to almost 700 breweries, with a lifetime of over Sharing first hand knowledge of successful breweries makes others thrive. From taproom experience to increasing outside sales, I learned from the best. Specializing in long term growth, I currently focus on strategic partnerships.Previous Description: After a covid layoff, I returned to consulting. Keeping breweries open, reopening and long term strategy are a few things that I have been working on with partners that want to stay in business. Some education sessions offered are change management, employee engagement, telephonic skills and customer service. Referrals for most functions such as marketing, HR, reservations, and supplier contracts are matched to each brewery or bar needs.

ABOUT NICOLE KASTEN
Nicole Kasten is a brewery coach based in Portland, OR. She is currently traveling in the USA visiting breweries, bringing back knowledge she learned on the road. After beer geeking for several years, she left a career as a Corporate Trainer in Healthcare IT to help brewers become successful business owners. Nicole is a Co-Chair for Brews for New Avenues, the world\'s largest rare beer auction. She is a Portland Beer Week Executive, and contributes her expertise to dozens of beer events in the Pacific Northwest. Awards include the Golden Avenue (BFNA), Red Bung from Oregon Brew Crew and Dedication from SheBrew. Nicole graduated from Portland State University. With two decades of beer judging experience, she enjoys doing sensory training with new brewers.Specializing in business expansion and leadership development, she advocates investing in teammates to promote growth. She has initiated and managed dozens of strategic partnerships to expand the craft beer audience. Nicole\'s goal has always been to get more people drinking more craft beer.
