I believe training, upskilling, and developing the workforce is the best investment you can make to increase retention, engagement, innovation, and your bottom line. With a focus on employee development, I help organizations develop training and career pathway programs that work for both employer and employee.At Airbus Americas, I support the Learning & Development team with providing leadership development programs and virtual learning opportunities to our employees across 3 divisions and multiple subsidiaries. My main stakeholders are Heads of HR, HRBPs, and Senior Business Leaders. We align our programs and strategy with our European headquarters to ensure our region is supporting the greater mission of global #TeamAirbus.Airbus Highlights- Initiating the Airbus Global Graduate Program in the US region, with our region being the greatest user of the program outside of the core countries- Launching the Core School Model to help Airbus Americas decide on it\'s school engagement strategy, and align across the businesses. This model is continuing to run with the Employment team- In Summer 2023, we launched the first Airbus Summer Internship Program with all organizations participating. We provided centralized program structure and development- Selecting and onboarding a new slate of trainers and coaches for our leadership development courses and coaching offerings.Now and in the past, I\'ve piloted over a dozen new programs requiring complex buy-in across organizations. I do best when running multiple training and development programs and supporting Fortune 500 companies in creating programs that work. I love creating customized curriculum for each program, developing a structure that fits in budgets and available time, and training on Zoom, self-paced, or in-person.My background in regional training, recruiting, and association management helps me understand the nuances required to create these programs.
