As a multi-disciplinary leader, I bring both strategic and creative approaches to my work, excelling at creating compelling visions and transformations that inspire high-performing teams and foster trust with partners.Currently, I serve as Chief Marketing Officer for NIKE, Inc. where I focus on leading Nike, Jordan Brand and Converse marketing teams to deliver big ideas, distinctive emotive stories, and experiences that power the future of sport and movement.My journey with Nike began in 2003, and over the next 17 years, I had the privilege of helping deliver some of the brand’s most defining and influential moments before stepping away in 2020.During my time away from Nike, I co-founded Adopt, a minority-owned brand and creative agency that builds and shapes brands by harnessing the power of sport, athletes and culture. With my team, I partnered with athletes, start-ups and established companies to bring bold ideas and new stories to life.
