I am a People Services Manager and HR leader with over 20 years of experience partnering with executives, managers, and employees to design and deliver scalable, people‑centered HR solutions. At Orise, I work closely with leadership to support organizational effectiveness across performance management, total rewards, workforce planning, recruiting, employee benefits, and global HR operations—always balancing business priorities with a strong employee experience.My career spans multiple industries, including architecture, engineering, planning, manufacturing, and education, which has shaped my ability to adapt HR strategies to diverse operating models and cultures. My experience as a first‑grade teacher continues to strongly influence my leadership and people‑ops approach. Teaching required clear communication, patience, structure, and the ability to meet individuals where they are—skills that translate directly into effective employee relations, manager coaching, and change management.
