About Nicole Hicks
I have always had a passion for helping others - and knowing the inconveniences of moving, having moved so much growing up, I knew I made the right decision when going into real estate. I thrive on the gratification of being a homeowner myself and helping others achieve their real estate goals! In 2012, after 14 years of working in customer service, I decided to get my real estate license. Since embarking on that journey, I have found that success comes from knowing your market, strong negotiation skills, and hard work. Whether selling, buying or investing in real estate, I will be the ideal partner to assist in identifying your real estate objectives and see them through successfully! After spending most of my life out west, my family and I made the move to Fort Collins to enjoy the seasons, the scenery, outdoor adventures and to be close to family. When I\'m not working hard for my clients, I enjoy reading, outdoor activities and exploring Colorado with my family. I graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 2008 with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Organizational Communication. I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, Fort Collins Association of Realtors.
