I am the Owner & Designated Broker at Glass House International Real Estate. Licensed since 1994, I have been a successful working REALTOR® and know the challenges of a complicated and fast paced real estate environment. Because I understand this, I make sure I am available when you need me. I truly have an “open door policy.”I have received numerous leadership, productivity, achievement, service and cultural awards. Currently sit on two very important state and local industry committees; the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Committee & SEVRAR (Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®) Professional Standards Committee. In addition, I am a SEVRAR RAPAC Sterling R and an AAR Director. My past service on a local level has been SEVRAR Vice-Chair of Finance, BOD Treasurer, and Grievance Committee. I am also past AAR & NAR state & national BOD director.I have received several industry designations, including Graduate of the Real Estate Institute “GRI”, Military Relocation Professional “MRP”, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative “ABR.” Continuing education keeps me in the forefront of real estate leaders in the business. I am a graduate from the American Arbitration Association, where I received my Trained Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate. Lastly, I am committed to a business model built on integrity, transparency, inclusivity, and diversity, with my Sales Associates, Vendors and clients.
