After spending 20+ years at IBM leading many successful transformation initiatives, I decided to try my hand at running my own small business. I love working within my community and meeting new people each and every day. As I\'ve gotten older, I\'ve developed a much greater appreciation for treating your body well through food and exercise and I\'m blessed that I now have the opportunity to provide others with healthy, delicious food! We are always learning and growing and owning my own business is allowing me to learn so much more every day!
