Cancer Biologist/Tumor Immunologist with over 20 years spanning Academia, Consulting, and Biopharma; deeply passionate about and dedicated to improving outcomes for patients through personalized medicine and clinical research. Throughout my career, I have made meaningful contributions to the field, studying the molecular mechanisms of oncogenesis and immune suppression in various malignancies.My early career was spent at the bench, conducting research that has been published in book chapters and peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences. I have also had the privilege of being an invited speaker and panelist at many Industry Conferences.Prior to joining the biopharma industry, I spent five years in an extremely fast-paced and high-volume consulting role, providing expert testimony services for high-profile toxic tort cases, performing human health risk assessments & dose reconstructions, navigating regulatory negotiations, business development, and project management. Geosyntec operates as “do, manage, sell” which gave me valuable experience in Project Management and Business Development.Mentoring and supporting the growth of fellow scientists and colleagues has always been a source of great pride for me.
