1. National Director for School Leadership Development

   As a member of the National Program Team, the National Director of School Leadership Development leads the development of programming, training, and coaching of school and district administrators. Our goal is to build collective leadership amongst School Leaders to support Teacher Leaders as they lead change in their schools as a part of Teach Plus’s programming nationally and regionally.I provide direct program development and facilitation in The Equity Leadership Institute and The Network for School Improvement.The Teach Plus Equity Leadership Institute brings together district teams composed of senior administrators and teacher leaders who work collaboratively to design and implement evidence-based strategies to more effectively recruit, support, and retain a diverse teacher workforce.(https://teachplus.org/district-policy-and-practice/)The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Network for School Improvement is a collaborative program that equips teachers and school leaders to support teacher-led instructional improvement. Through this work, I have facilitated a team of Teach Plus fellows and coaches to design a Collective Leadership Continuum that includes a leadership self or team assessment, coaching opportunities, and a full-service leadership program. In all of our programs, we embed Continuous Improvement Science to promote measurable program outcomes.
