I can take complex ideas and translate them into simple and compelling plans. I enjoy finding creative and practical approaches to solve problems. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, I received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Notre Dame de Namur University graduating with a 3.86 GPA. I received my Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorkatWork and my Equity Compensation Associate (ECA) certification from Santa Clara University. I am currently pursuing a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) certification from WorldatWork.
