I serve as the Program Director for the NC State College Advising Corps, a college-access program that promotes postsecondary access and completion for low-income, underrepresented, and first-generation college students in rural North Carolina. My research interests center on access and equity in higher education, specifically among low-income, rural, and first-generation college students.
