   Worked with middle managers, directors, and VPs to institute organizational changes necessary for a successful transition to a product-centric development model. Developed strong relationships and rapport with my clients in a short time, resulting in some of the most successful transformation work in the department. Led the creation and implementation of a highly successful training, coaching, and mentoring program for OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) in the Payments business unit. Worked with colleagues in other business units to incorporate much of this program into a company-wide standard. Developed a robust set of coaching materials to support product-centricity, covering a broad range of topics including OKRs, Product Review, Agile Roadmaps, and Agile Maturity. Also created a Service Offerings catalog to increase awareness of these offerings with our clients. Facilitated organization design sessions to reorganize function-based teams into product-centric teams, families, and areas.
