Nicole DelSasso is a Director at Guidehouse Labs, where she leads the global innovation team in developing cutting-edge strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. With over a decade of experience in the field, Nicole has a proven track record of bringing people together to tackle some of the world\'s most challenging carbon reduction problems. She is passionate about leading teams on new journeys and creating innovative programs that make a significant impact on climate change.Currently, Nicole spearheads the Supplier Leadership on Climate Transition (Supplier LOCT), a brand consortium and supplier learning platform supported by 30 iconic global consumer brands. This initiative helps over suppliers build a strong foundation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve large-scale corporate climate goals. Her leadership has been instrumental in operationalizing Supplier LOCT from concept to a successful program with growing impact.Before joining Guidehouse, Nicole led on-farm initiatives for the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, where she consulted with local and national organizations to develop programs that reduce energy use, costs, and greenhouse gas emissions for the nation\'s dairy farmers.Nicole\'s expertise extends to guiding utilities, municipalities, and large corporations in developing their greenhouse gas strategies, designing abatement programs, and innovating to reduce emissions while focusing on customer and supply chain needs.Nicole holds an MBA in Economics from DePaul University\'s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Cultural Studies from The Ohio State University. She is a certified project manager and design thinking guru, known for her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to producing tangible outcomes.In her free time, Nicole enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and exploring new destinations around the world. She is also an interior design enthusiast.
