I act as a liaison between various departments within the organization to facilitate a seamless client experience. My focus has always been on building trusted relationships with our customers and advocating for both our clients and vendors to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.On the management side, I oversee the administration of core values, workflow processes, solutions, and training for the department and assigned team. I monitor employee interactions with our clients and vendors during day-to-day operations, ensuring that our account team maintains professionalism, accuracy, and consistently delivers the best possible service to our customers.
