I also help folks save time and unlock new possibilities with Workflows, Reports, and Approvals related to these apps.Major achievements- Q3 Rookie of the Quarter Award Runner-Up- Speaker at Rippling on the Road NYC 2026- Maintained an average CSAT score of 5 with positive feedback from customers across a 12+ month period- Submitted 170+ actionable pieces of customer feedback between Q2 2025 and Q1 2026, many of which were added to the Talent product roadmap- Worked with Senior Technical Account Consultant, Talent to create internal documentation and guidelines for engagements on our subject matter with the goal of increasing team knowledge- Created and hosted a customer-facing webinar on Calibration and Compensation in Review Cycles in Q4 2025- Created and co-ran an internal enablement session on Technical Account Consultant engagements in Q2 2025
