As Director of Legal Recruiting, Nicole is responsible for firm-wide recruiting and hiring efforts across the Firm’s 15 offices. Nicole’s primary focus is lateral recruiting at the Shareholder and Counsel level. Nicole advises on the Firm’s expansion efforts and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Talent Officer, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Executive Vice President, Hiring Partner, and Hiring Committee, as well as, other members of Firm Management, to identify the Firm\'s hiring goals and to develop and implement recruiting strategies across the Firm\'s national footprint. In her capacity as Director, Nicole manages the Firm’s Legal Recruiting Department and oversees the Firm’s associate recruiting efforts and the Firm\'s summer associate program. Nicole also works closely with the Manager of Attorney Integration to ensure that all of the Firm’s newly acquired talent is successfully and quickly integrated into the fabric and culture of the Firm.
