About Nicole Bushlow

I grew up with a passion for Mental Health Care and have dedicated my adult life to helping others. While studying for my Bachelor\'s at the University at Albany, I was on the executive board of the student run crisis hotline \"Middle Earth\". This position taught me leadership skills as well as how to respond in crisis situations. I also worked as a Research Assistant in a lab dedicated to studying stress and it\'s affect on women\'s health. After graduation, I worked as a Behavioral Therapist/Recruiter for kids with Autism at an ABA Agency. This role further developed my crisis management, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. My passion for helping others has led to my current role as a Clinical Recruiter for Spring Health, a Mental Health Tech company. Through this position, I am able to match quality Therapists with a network of patients who need help with their Mental Health journey. I work everyday, along side my team, to break down every barrier to Mental Health. My goal is have mental health care be accessible to everyone, and to help providers grow both personally and professionally.
